Background
Turkish customer Buzz contacted our engineers in 2019, and after in-depth communication and understanding with the customer. The customer wants to build a lime kiln production line with a daily output of 1,800 tons in Mardin, a city in southeastern Turkey. Customers think that our factory has been established for a long time and the product quality is guaranteed. Hope to reach long-term cooperation with our company.

Process
Based on various indicators such as the scenario provided by the customer and the required output, Acer engineers adopt a kiln type with a length suitable for the customer's requirements. A speed-adjustable motor is used to drive the rotary kiln body through the transmission equipment. The heat of the kiln tail flue gas is used to preheat the raw limestone to about 900 degrees Celsius in the preheater, and then enters the rotary kiln through the transfer chute for calcination. Some of the limestone gets broken down. The kiln end is equipped with a spring leaf sealing structure, which effectively improves thermal efficiency and reduces exhaust gas emissions.

Feedback
This process was completed in 2020 and was successfully put into production in early 2021. A return visit to the after-sales department in January 2024 revealed that the machine has been running well. This process was participated by the chief engineer of Acer Machinery. It has been put into production based on local geographical conditions, environmental protection and budget-saving requirements for customers. Compared with the traditional process, the output has been increased by 25%, making a huge contribution to local development.
