Background

Process

The bentonite grinding process mainly consists of jaw crusher, Raymond mill, electric vibrating feeder, etc. The entire production process is quite advanced. The bentonite is first crushed to make its particle size more uniform. Finally, the crushed bentonite clay is finely ground to achieve the desired particle size and texture. The entire process requires strict control of operating parameters to ensure product quality meets requirements.

Customers reported that the grinding equipment has a high degree of automation and a special grinding roller and ring structure that improves the grinding efficiency. The particle size of the finished product can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 500-1000 mesh. It has been running well since it was put into production today.
